This project is a landed mass housing development located at Setia Ecoglades Cyberjaya. It consists of 100 units of three housing typologies—Bungalow, Semi-Detached, and Courtyard Homes. Its prestigious location on an island enclave, surrounded by waterways, lush greenery, and manmade parks, positions the development as a tranquil retreat within an urban framework. The masterplan leverages this setting to prioritise privacy, landscape continuity, and curated views, while integrating architecture and nature into a cohesive living environment that balances exclusivity with community, and serenity with accessibility.
The architecture presents pristine box forms veiled by vertical fins, projecting an exterior silence that feels ascetic and contemplative. These adjustable blinds are not mere ornaments but apparatus: instruments of concealment, privacy, and suspense. When closed, they produce a controlled opacity; opened, like the unboxing of a mystery, revealing a choreography of space, light, and nature. The experience is cinematic, beginning with deliberate ambiguity—quiet and enigmatic. Upon entry, a spatial crescendo unfolds, organised around a singular verdant heart—the Secret Garden—where nature becomes inward, anchoring living, dining, and master spaces in a shared introspective green void.
Crisp architectural lines, vertical louvres, and restrained detailing create a calm and elegant residential streetscape.
