Aira Residence is a condominium development situated at Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur, West Malaysia. The development comprises two towers (Tower A and Tower B) and is carefully master-planned across a 3-acre site.
Tower A is a whole new development, whereas Tower B is an existing residential tower completed by the same developer in the earlier phase, which has undergone a substantial refurbishment under the development of Aira Residence.

The tower comprises three primary components – the main residential tower, the amenities floor, and the car park podium. The residential tower is a soaring 18-storey structure that offers 105 spacious and well-appointed apartments of various sizes.

Aira Residence Tower B, constructed in the late 1970s, was meant to be a part of a multi-block master plan but remained in use with minimal facilities due to a shift in business priorities. With the construction of Tower A in 2015, efforts to refurbish Tower B were initiated to bring it up to the same polished quality. The project was completed in 2021, seamlessly complementing Tower A and completing the developer’s vision for the master development.
Internal and exterior strategies were the primary frameworks for the refurbishment project.
