The tower comprises three primary components – the main residential tower, the amenities floor, and the car park podium. Aira Residence Tower B, constructed in the late 1970s, was meant to be a part of a multi-block master plan but remained in use with minimal facilities due to a shift in business priorities. With the construction of Tower A in 2015, efforts to refurbish Tower B were initiated to bring it up to the same polished quality. The project was completed in 2021, seamlessly complementing Tower A and completing the developer’s vision for the master development.
Internal and exterior strategies were the primary frameworks for the refurbishment project.
