Situated on a narrow, long site, it transforms a limited green buffer into a vibrant commercial space, featuring Penang’s largest tree transplanting initiative. The development comprises Food Bayana, a two-story hawker food centre, and Bayana Parc, a single-story F&B retail hub, setting a new benchmark for sustainable and future-forward F&B architecture.
