Rather than imposing a predetermined form, the design evolves from site conditions, translating context, climate, and movement into architectural order.
Arrival unfolds as a gradual transition from urban movement into the residential realm. A covered pedestrian walkway along the perimeter landscape guides residents from the city edge toward a setback guardhouse and landscaped forecourt. The gentle tilting of the towers enhances cross ventilation across units and corridors, while a central airwell supports stack ventilation by allowing warm air to rise naturally. Open corridors introduce daylight into circulation spaces, and a double roof reduces heat gain at upper levels.
