This mixed development project is built across a 3.66-acre freehold site, where it holds condo units atop its retail Centre, complementing the commercial lots in the area. Megah Rise has secured 40% to 50% of bookings for the condo units, following its soft launch in November 2017. The residential component features a 31-storey block with 228 units and a 7-storey car park, while the 4-storey retail podium is expected to feature a grocer, healthcare, food and beverage, a multi-purpose community hall, and a 2-level basement car park. The composition of these buildings emanates a welcoming sense, despite their protruding demeanour amidst the neighbourhood. The placement of the taller residential tower on the further back side of the site leaves an open space facing the front road for the shorter retail building. Therefore, creates a hierarchy of building heights that start from the street level and end up at the towers as the highest element in the neighbourhood.

Furthermore, its light and natural colour palette conveys a familiar feeling to the locals with white and brown as the base colours. The brownish-red bricks that make up parts of the retail centre also complement the main colours with their warm shade. In the same inviting manner, the greenery and local plants surround the buildings to bring back life to Taman Megah.

Strategically located in the heart of the bustling Taman Megah commercial area, the locals have easy access to residential and retail offerings that imbue the neighbourhood with new sparks. More importantly, the convenience provided for the family-concentrated neighbourhood is reiterated through the available public and private schools, medical care, banks, F&B outlets, market and parks. The residents at Megah Rise will also enjoy favourable access to Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Federal Highway, and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), with 2 LRT stations – Kelana Jaya and Taman Bahagia LRT stations- close by.

This link of parallel rectangular forms is convoluted with its sizes and dimensions throughout the exterior of the residential, thus elevating its contemporary design.
