The PAM Awards & Annual Dinner 2025 was held on Saturday, 21 June 2025 at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.This event marked the second year of Ar Adrianta Aziz’s presidency for the 2025–2026 term, alongside the newly elected Office Bearers and Council Members who continue to strengthen PAM’s role as the voice of architecture in Malaysia.
For the first time, this year’s Annual Dinner proudly introduced the Long Service Awards, honouring PAM Secretariat staff who have served Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia with over 20 years of dedication.Their unwavering commitment, loyalty, and service is a true inspiration to the entire PAM Secretariat team.Their contributions embody the spirit of PAM – steadfast, reliable, and unwavering in purpose.Congratulations to Suryati Sulong, Zarina Ibrahim, Norazam Victor and Zainal Saidin.
Ar Dr Tan Loke Mun was awarded the PAM Gold Medal 2025-the highest honour bestowed by Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) upon a PAM Corporate member, in recognition of design excellence in a body of work resulting in the advancement of architecture.“A visionary architect who consistently challenges himself to push the boundary of design innovation.”
The evening also celebrated the future of architecture with the presentation of the PAM Student Scholarship Awards, awarded to PAM Student Members who have demonstrated academic excellence in PAM/LAM-accredited programmes across Malaysia.The scholarships presented were the PAM Agrow–Yayasan Canone Kianjo Scholarship, PAM–Yayasan Feruni Scholarship, and PAM–Inovar Scholarship.
