South Wing is one of three heritage Bungalows owned by the Client, Penang Institute, a non-profit organisation and a major think tank supported by the Penang State Government. Penang Institute strives for bold and innovative thinking for a brighter and more sustainable future. The South Wing is envisioned as a hub for the Forum for Leadership and Governance (FLAG), a major platform at which leadership roundtables, seminars, and courses are held to shape future leaders.
Over the years, Penang Institute contributed to writing Penang2030 and more towards creating Sustainable Cities and Communities, as well as providing a platform for meaningful partnerships.
