Located on a challenging L-shaped site formed from the amalgamation of eight bungalow plots with two underground MRT reserve lines, TSLAW Tower’s design is a triumph of structural ingenuity and visionary planning. This creative engineering and thoughtful urban design resulted in an iconic building that meets the needs of modern businesses and sets a new standard for architectural innovation.

A TESTAMENT TO ARCHITECTURAL SOPHISTICATION

TSLAW Tower’s crystalline architectural identity is at the heart of its design, symbolising transparency, innovation, and elegance. The tower’s full-height low-emissivity (Low-E) glass façade enhances its aesthetic appeal. It serves a critical function by reducing solar heat gain while allowing natural daylight to flood the interiors.
