The integrated development merges Phase One and Phase Two via a dynamic outdoor plaza, serving both as a unifying element and a multifunctional space

Nestled amidst the serene landscape of Cyberjaya, just south of Kuala Lumpur, the DXN Cyberville emerges as an architectural piece seamlessly integrated with environmental consciousness. Perched atop a hillside, the centre harmonises with its natural surroundings while providing an extensive array of healthcare amenities across its sprawling 5.73-acre expanse. The massing strategy elegantly conforms to the natural topography of the site, tracing its contours with precision.

Divided into two phases, these segments are intentionally designed to seamlessly connect through a plaza bridge. Phase one takes metaphorical inspiration from the Lingzhi mushroom plant, a symbol significant to the building owner’s business, as they have led scientific analyses uncovering the specific benefits of Ganoderma or Lingzhi and its impact on human health. In contrast, phase two is meticulously fashioned to emulate a natural terrace landscape. The manipulation of mass and form in both phases considers factors such as sun orientation, wind patterns, and the visual context specific to the construction site. This deliberate approach not only ensures architectural coherence within the surroundings but also accentuates a profound connection to nature and symbolic significance.

The massing development is meticulously designed to conform to the contours of the existing site, thereby strategically reducing the requirement for substantial earthmoving operations

Comprising two distinct phases, the centre caters to both members and the public, with Phase 1 serving as the nucleus of the facility. This phase boasts cutting-edge amenities, including a state-of-the-art training centre, consultation suites, VIP lounges, and the immersive DXN Show Gallery, which illuminates the cultivation process of Spirulina and Ganoderma, essential elements of DXN’s wellness products. Phase 2, aptly named the RetreatCentre, epitomises architectural functionality with its 10-storey accommodation complex tailored to cater to DXN’s global clientele. Featuring four distinct lodging options and a plethora of amenities such as a swimming pool, cafeteria, and gymnasium, members and guests are enveloped in a comprehensive wellness experience.

At the centre’s core lies an expansive open plaza, serving as a communal nexus amid verdant greenery and outdoor recreational areas. These encompass herb and spice gardens accentuating the centre’s commitment to fostering symbiosis between human activity and the environment. A pivotal aspect of the centre’s architectural narrative is its adaptive design, facilitating versatile utilisation of spaces to accommodate diverse needs. Furthermore, a bridging plaza connecting both phases offers a flexible outdoor venue capable of hosting events for up to 3,000 attendees, fostering communal engagement and cultural exchange.

Drawing inspiration from the organic contours of the Ganoderma mushroom, the architectural blueprint embodies a biophilic ethos in alignment with Malaysia’s Green Building Index standards. This emphasis on sustainability extends indoor air quality through meticulous ventilation strategies and the utilisation of eco-friendly materials, while designated green vehicle parking spaces and strategically positioned recycling bins underscore the dedication to sustainable practices.

In addition to these amenities, the DXN Cyberville innovatively incorporates an outdoor big screen and a staged plaza, which together cater for an innovative outdoor theatre. This feature enhances the centre’s allure by providing a platform for entertainment, wellness programs, and educational seminars amidst the breathtaking natural backdrop. Guests can immerse themselves in captivating performances or informative presentations while basking in the refreshing outdoor ambience, further enriching their holistic experience. In essence, the DXN Cyberville stands as a testament to the seamless fusion of architectural innovation and environmental stewardship.

Through meticulous planning and design, DXN Cyberville not only delivers premier wellness amenities but also serves as a beacon of sustainable architectural practices, reaffirming its commitment to holistic well-being and ecological harmony. This development embodies a vision where human activity coexists harmoniously with nature, setting a precedent for sustainable—development in the modern era. As individuals step into this sanctuary of wellness, they are not only greeted by state-of-the-art facilities but also by a profound respect for the environment, encapsulating the essence of the DXN Cyberville.
