Reflections to the ever-changing sky

TSLAW Tower is located on a tight L-shape site formed from the amalgamation of 8 bungalow plots with two MRT reserve lines running underground on the Northern part of the burgeoning new KL Business district – Tun Razak Exchange. The corporate office tower rises 48 storeys above the ground at Jalan Kemuning.

The 48-storey ‘Grade A’ TSLAW Tower development offers tenants an exceptional working environment with ample natural light, stunning views of the city and state-of-the-art amenities. It provides 421,898 sqftof green, sustainable, efficient offices and F&B spaces. Central to the design concept is creating a sleek crystalline structure tower with a robust street-level presence and contextual connectivity to the surrounding developments, with integrated landscaping elements and lighting.

A tree-lined and stone-paved glazed porte-cochere leads to the building. Selected high-grade marble finishes are used at the feature wall flanking the main entrance drop-off.

The lower register of the corporate tower houses the Lobby and Signature F&B Outlets and Retail Concourse, and ten-storey elevated parking podium, accessed via a set of double-helix ramps. The car park façade occupies a significant portion of the lower register. It is architecturally treated with perforated and glazed screens, lit with LED lighting to complement the glazed monolithic tower block.

The Landscaped Urban Plaza lies at the base of the tower, fronting Jalan Utara and Tun Razak Exchange Development. It is animated with F&B outlets facing Jalan Delima and provides an impromptu space for busking and lounging activities. A feature Glasscube entry portal at the tower’s base welcomes visitors arriving on foot from the nearby TRX MRT, serving as an alternative entrance to the Retail Concourse at Level 2.

The tower’s interior design reflects its corporate identity, conveying professionalism and sophistication. A Grand PorteCochere marks the main entrance and promises a great arrival experience, continuing to lead into the spacious double-volume reception lobby, setting the interior space’s tone.

The lifts in the building are equipped with Destination Control LiftSystems, allowing efficient and speedy vertical transportation. Visitors and occupants enter their desired floor number into a liftbank and are directed to their destination lifts.

Car Park Lifts are secured and can directly access the public floors, such as Level 11 to Level 13A. The Level 11 Restaurant space with a 10.4m high floor-to-floor space connects to a large open terrace. This space provides a unique dining experience with an open and airy atmosphere, with opportunities for extension into an al-fresco dining setting.
