Cantara Residences is located on a 7.12 acres site within the vibrant and affluent township of Ara Damansara. Located within 420 meters is the Lembah Subang LRT Station and within 6 km is the Subang Airport.

Cantara Residences is also well served by highways such as NKVE, Sprint, LDP and Guthrie Corridor. Level 18: the “living bridge” structure which connects the four towers has a total length of 168m. The living bridge consists of prime duplex units and lateral penthouse end units resulting in an open landscaped rooftop that acts as a social and recreational platform for the residents. Cantara which means bridge in Arabic reinforces the interconnectivity of the development and its relationship to the surrounding community.

Designed by Arkitek FAA, Cantara Residences breaks away from Malaysia’s standard typology of isolated, vertical serviced apartment towers. It explores a dramatically different approach to modern living: an expansive interconnected network of living and communal spaces integrated within the naturally landscaped environment.

Four apartment blocks, each 24 stories high and identical in length are staggered on a plan on top of a vast podium on Level 6 with extensive facilities, outdoor spaces and landscaping.

A multitude of facilities allows for active sports such as futsal, swimming and basketball, and also for more holistic and well-being activities; such as yoga, manicured parks and sauna facilities complete with hot and cold dip pools.

Cantara is composed of residential apartments and also commercial units. The commercial units serve the residents of Cantara for all of their daily shopping, food and beverage and essential needs (i.e. launderette, kindergarten, barber/hairdresser etc.).
